The complex story of a co-dependent bi-racial child, her outrageous English mother, and the deep bond they shared.
Bellina, a 35-year stage and screen veteran, is thrilled to be back performing an excerpt of her solo play Confessions of a Mulatto Love Child for LAWTF. She has enjoyed performing it on and off for the last six years and was honored to be the winner of the 2018 Best Actress Award at The United Solo Theatre Festival in New York City.
Bellina most recently was seen in The Search For Signs of Intelligent Life in The Universe: Revisited at The LA LGBT Center and Les Liaisons Dangereuses with The Antaeus Theater Company. In television, recent appearances include NCIS, Better Things, Big Little Lies & American Vandal. Notable recurring roles include Sons of Anarchy, Enlightened, ER, Twin Peaks (old and new), Midnight Texas, and the soon-to-be-released Mrs. American Pie on Apple TV.
Bellina is a graduate of The Juilliard Drama Division. She would like to thank LAWTF for the opportunity to do live theater again and to share the stage with so many amazing and talented women! Happy 30th Anniversary!
