Karin Trachtenberg is a Boston-based classically trained actress, writer, and filmmaker whose work explores identity, memory, and the complex emotional terrain between mothers and daughters. Her acclaimed solo show My Mother Had Two Faces premiered in Los Angeles and went on to tour internationally, including sold-out performances at United Solo Off-Broadway and a full run at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival. Praised for its emotional honesty and theatrical precision, the show has resonated with audiences across generations. Karin is honored to bring this edited version of My Mother Had Two Faces back to Los Angeles. In addition to her work on stage, Karin is an award-winning filmmaker focused on women-centered storytelling that sparks dialogue around family, identity, and compassion.
